In the Women4Paper group, women who work in the paper and fiber-based industry both scientifically and in manufacturing or marketing, exchange views. The aim is to focus both on innovative research approaches as well as on the entrepreneurial and product-technical successes behind which women in this sector stand. The group is also intended to serve as a network platform for the promotion of female talent and to facilitate greater cooperation and mutual support. Once a year, a meeting is organised Germany, as part of the ZELLCHEMING-Expo and Annual General Meeting.

A mentoring program is also being offered. The goals include encouraging young women to gain a foothold in the male-dominated pulp and paper industry through a strong network, promoting exchanges with other women in the paper and fiber-based industry, and learning and benefiting from the experiences of others.
