With respect to 8, the following amendments of the statutes are proposed:

NEW: „Veröffentlichung wissenschaftlicher und technischer Fortschritte in den Print- und Onlinepublikationen der Vereinszeitschrift und des Vereins, sowie durch Herausgabe von Fachschriften Print und Online“. (Publication of scientific and technical progress in print and online publications of the members' magazine and the association's, as well as by publishing of technical publications print and online)
In the course of the changes introduced by the new GDPR, it is recommended to add the following passage to the statutes:
NEW - Item 8: „Zudem fördert der Verein den Netzwerkgedanken und ermöglicht die persönlichen und geschäftlichen Kontakte der Mitglieder untereinander“.
(In addition, the association promotes the network idea and provides a platform for its members to keep in touch with each other.)
In accordance with Article 18 of the Association Statute, motions for the General Meeting and further proposals must be submitted to the President at the office address at least four weeks (latest by May 30, 2019) before the General Meeting.
The word moral has always been subject to devaluation; on the other hand, the word ethic sounds better, without derogatory feelings. This may well be the reason why the term "ethics" has come into use much more, but the word "morality" is increasingly being pushed back.
The lecture aims to provide clarity, to clearly demarcate the two terms and to show how a society gives itself guidelines for behavior and action.
Finally, a humoresque to the moral, as only life can invent.
