An informal message by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legitimacy of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the cancellation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage is inapplicable (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory legal regulations - especially retention periods - remain unaffected.

Some of our offers are available to ZELLCHEMING members only. To access them, one must first log in by entering username and password for authentication.

In the event that a member forgot their password, a new password can be requested by using the "Forgot password?" button. To recover the account the e-mail address must be entered.

Newsletter information

With our newsletter we inform you about us, our offers and events.

If you would like to receive the newsletter, we need a valid email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address or that the owner agrees to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected. These data are used for sending the newsletter only and will not be disclosed to third parties.

When subscribing to our newsletter, your IP address and the date of registration is stored. The sole purpose of this storage is in case of third party abuse of an e-mail address and newsletter subscription without the knowledge of the entitled person.
